PRODUCT MATERIAL
The main material of Matte Tin EV fuse copper cap is high-quality high-conductivity copper, which not only has good conductivity but also has excellent mechanical strength and durability. To further improve the corrosion resistance and conductivity of the copper cap, we use an advanced electroplating matte tin process to form a uniform and dense matte tin layer on the surface of the copper cap. PRODUCT PROCESS
1. We use precision stamping technology to produce copper outer cap blanks of specific shapes. This process requires high precision to ensure that the size and shape of each copper cap meet the design standards.
2. The blank will undergo a series of surface treatment processes, including cleaning and polishing, to remove surface impurities and improve the finish.
3. The copper cap enters the electroplating workshop for matte tin electroplating. This link is the core of the entire processing process. High-purity tin materials and precise electroplating parameters are used to ensure that a uniform, non-porous matte tin layer is formed on the surface of the copper cap. During the electroplating process, we strictly control key parameters such as temperature, current density, and time to ensure the electroplating quality of each copper cap.
4. After the electroplating is completed, the copper cap will be dehydrated and dried at a specific temperature to enhance the adhesion and stability of the matte tin layer.
5. The copper outer cap of the EV fuse will undergo multiple quality inspection processes, including appearance inspection, size measurement, and conductivity testing, to ensure that each product can meet the high standards of customers.
