PRODUCT PROCESS

After stamping, the aluminum battery shell undergoes thorough cleaning and drying to remove any oils and chemicals, ensuring a smooth surface finish. Each production stage adheres to strict quality control protocols. The finished aluminum battery shell undergoes comprehensive inspections, including precise size measurements, rigorous strength tests, and meticulous air tightness checks. This meticulous testing process ensures that each shell meets our stringent standards and complies with customer requirements and industry regulations.
