PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The application of EV aluminum LTO prismatic battery cells in new energy vehicles, mobile power supplies, power tools and other fields has become an industry standard. Its exquisite design and solid structure can effectively protect the battery cells from damage by the external environment while providing necessary heat dissipation and support functions.

PRODUCT MATERIAL

Chemical composition: Al3003 is mainly composed of aluminum (Al) and a small amount of manganese (Mn). It typically contains about 1-1.5% manganese, an ingredient that helps increase its strength and hardness.


Mechanical properties: Al3003 H14 material has moderate strength and good formability. In the H14 state, it has been cold worked and has high hardness, suitable for some bending and stamping processes.


Corrosion resistance: Al3003 H14 has good corrosion resistance, especially to general atmosphere, water and many chemical media.


Lightweight: As an aluminum alloy material, Al3003 H14 has lightweight characteristics, which helps to reduce the overall product weight, and is especially suitable for application scenarios that require weight reduction.


Thermal conductivity: Al3003 H14 has good thermal conductivity, which helps to quickly dissipate heat in the battery shell and maintain a stable operating temperature of the battery components.


Cost-effectiveness: Due to the wide range of aluminum resources and relatively low prices, Al3003 H14 is more cost-effective than other materials and can reduce product manufacturing costs while ensuring quality.

PRODUCT PROCESS

Material selection: The first thing is to choose the appropriate aluminum alloy material, common ones include Al3003, etc. The selection of materials should take into account factors such as product design requirements, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and cost.
Cutting: The selected aluminum alloy plate needs to be cut according to the size requirements of the product design to obtain the aluminum plate of the required size.
Stamping and forming: The cut aluminum plate will be sent to the stamping equipment for forming. During the stamping process, the aluminum sheet is placed in a mold and subjected to pressure and impact forces that shape it into the shape of the shell.
Cleaning treatment: There may be residual oil or impurities on the surface of the stamped aluminum casing. In order to ensure the quality of the product and the cleanliness of the surface, cleaning treatment is required. Commonly used cleaning methods include chemical cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning.
Drying: The next step is drying to remove moisture from the surface and prevent oxidation.
Quality inspection: The final product shell needs to undergo quality inspection, including appearance inspection, dimensional inspection, mechanical performance testing, etc. Through strict quality inspection, we ensure that products meet design requirements and customer needs.
Packaging and shipment: The aluminum battery shell that has passed the quality inspection will be packaged, usually in plastic bags and cartons, and the product information, batch number and other relevant information will be marked on the packaging to facilitate shipment and traceability.
