PRODUCT MATERIAL
Al3003 aluminum alloy
Al3003 aluminum alloy is a commonly used aluminum alloy material. Its main alloying element is aluminum (Al) and contains about 1-1.5% manganese (Mn). This alloy material has been treated with H14 and has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for use in various harsh environments.
H14 processing
H14 treatment is a common aluminum alloy state, which represents aluminum alloy materials that have been cold worked and naturally aged. In the H14 state, aluminum alloy materials have moderate strength and hardness while maintaining good formability, which can meet the processing and forming requirements of battery cases.
PRODUCT PROCESS
First, we prepare aluminum alloy plates and select Al3003 aluminum alloy plates of appropriate specifications and thickness as raw materials. Material preparation is the first step in the entire processing process, ensuring that the quality and size of raw materials meet requirements.
Next, we use precision cutting equipment to cut the aluminum alloy plate. According to the design requirements and size standards, the aluminum plate is cut into the required size and shape for subsequent stamping and forming processing.
After cutting is completed, the aluminum alloy plate enters the stamping forming process. We use advanced stamping equipment to shape aluminum alloy plates according to the shape and size required by customers to form the basic structure of the battery casing.
After stamping, there may be some oil and impurities remaining in the battery pack shell .In order to ensure the cleanliness and smoothness of the product surface, we will clean it. Usually, we use ultrasonic cleaning technology to clean the dirt and impurities on the surface of the casing to prepare it for subsequent processing.
After cleaning, the shell needs to be dried to remove moisture from the surface and prevent moisture residue from causing oxidative corrosion. We use professional drying equipment to dry the shell to ensure that the product surface is dry and clean.
After drying is completed, the shell enters the quality inspection process. We strictly follow quality control standards and inspect the size, appearance, surface quality, etc. of the casing to ensure that the product meets customer requirements and standards.
Finally, the shells that pass the quality inspection will be packaged and shipped. We use professional packaging materials and methods to properly package the casing to prevent damage during transportation. We will also mark the product information and customer requirements on the packaging so that customers can accurately identify and use the product after receiving it.
