PRODUCT PROCESS

· Material preparation: Aluminum plate materials need to be prepared. Aluminum alloy materials with strong plasticity and high hardness are usually selected to ensure the quality and performance of the finished shell.

· Continuous stamping: Install the debugged mold on the stamping equipment, and feed the aluminum plate material into the stamping machine for continuous stamping processing. During the stamping process, the mold stamps the aluminum plate according to a preset path and speed, gradually forming it into a shell.

· Follow-up processing: After stamping is completed, some subsequent processing steps are required, such as removing burrs, washing away oil stains, and drying moisture to improve the surface quality and smoothness of the shell.

· Quality inspection and packaging: Finally, the finished shell is quality inspected to ensure it meets relevant standards and requirements. Qualified enclosures will be sorted, counted and packaged for easy transportation and use.
