PRODUCT PROCESS

· Select appropriate aluminum alloy materials as raw materials, ensure that the raw materials meet relevant standards and requirements, and cut them into aluminum sheets according to the size requirements of the shell design.

· Place the aluminum sheet on the workbench of a punch or stamping machine, and stamp the aluminum sheet so that the aluminum sheet is pressed and deformed between the molds to form the shape of the shell.

· After stamping is completed, some oil will be attached to the surface of the shell and needs to be cleaned.

· After cleaning the shell, it is necessary to remove any remaining moisture from the aluminum shell and send the finished product to the equipment for drying.

· According to the product's compliance with design requirements and standards, quality inspection will be carried out on the finished shell.

· The qualified shells are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation, safely transported to the location designated by the customer.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

To begin with, we will package the cleaned lithium-Ion battery pack aluminum shell in thermoplastic bags and seal them in groups of 10.

And Then, in order to prevent the aluminum battery shell from external impact during transportation, we usually use high-hardness cartons as the outer packaging of the product.

At last, the packed cartons are placed on the pallet in an orderly manner. In addition, we will attach corresponding product information to the outer packaging of the product to facilitate information identification during transportation.
